PRIVATE TRAINING

One on one training with emphasis on individual athlete needs.  Private training sessions are filmed in HD.  Private Training is also available for small groups (max 10 per group)

4 - 2 hour sessions (8 total hours)  1/2  payment due at signup
8 - 2 hour sessions (16 total hours)  1/2 payment due at signup



Private training is conducted out of ARFA Coach base location.  Athletes are responsible for travel and accomidations. 
Training sessions can be scheduled to a weekend format.  Private training is open to youth, high school, college, semi pro
and professional athletes.
